Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 365 days a year.
Q:How many people can be transported in one taxi?
A: Our sedans can seat up to 4 passengers. Our mini-vans seat 6 with minimal room for luggage, at a $10.00 additional charge.
Q: What are your rates?
A: Standard rates are $4.50 the first mile and $3.00 every additional mile. It's $0.50 a minute for waiting time. For our flat rates to the airport see AIRPORT RATES in the listing above.
Q:How much are tolls?
A: Tolls range from $7.75 - $9.00 depending on where you're coming from. When you are leaving from the airport tolls increase by $2.25 due to a massport fee.
Q: What is your procedure for picking up at the airport?
A: Make your reservation in advance. We do not have cabs that sit at the airport. When making your reservation we will need your flight number, airline, the estimated time of arrival, and the city you will be arriving from. After you pick up your luggage call us. If you do not have luggage, call us upon your arrival. We will tell you where to meet us and which cab number to be looking for.
Q: Do you have senior discounts?
A: Yes. There is a 10% discount on fares to Logan if you purchase a voucher in advance. Call us at 617 527 0300 and let us know that you want to buy a voucher for the airport. We will send you the voucher by mail. Please allow at least 3-5 business days. For all other trips you can buy a book of $1 or $5 vouchers at a 10% discount. In other words if you bought a book of 10 $1 vouchers you would only pay $9 for the book.
Q: What is the age requirement minimum to qualify for a senior discount?
A: 65 years old.
Q: Can a child ride in a taxi without an adult?
A: Only children age 13 and older are allowed to ride without an adult guardian (at least 18 years of age).
Q: Do you provide child safety seats in your taxis?
A: No. It is the responsibility of the customer to use his or her own child safety seat when necessary. However,by state law, children are not required to be in child safety seats in a taxi.
Q: How many hours advanced notice should I give when booking a taxi?
A: When booking a taxi for a specific time it is best to call it in ahead at least one hour before. If you're using our email service, at least 24 hours notice is required.
Q: Can I call for a taxi for right away?
A: Yes. Our usual wait time is about 15-20 minutes. However, weather, traffic, and avalibility can change the length of wait time.
Q: Do you offer receipts?
A: Of course. Just be sure to ask your driver at the end of your trip. If you happen to forget, you can always contact our business office monday - friday between 9am and 5pm.
Q:Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. Our drivers can take them right in the vehichle. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
